Citizens Capital inks IPO Issue Management Agreement with Thulo Khola Hydropower; 22.5 MW hydropower of Myagdi to float its shares soon

Initial Public Offering (IPO) Issue Management Agreement was signed between Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited and Citizens Capital Limited in a program held at Sundhara, Kathmandu. The agreement was signed by Mrs. Shweta Adhikari Panth who is the Director of Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha CEO of Citizens Capital Limited.

As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited (A subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) will manage the IPO of Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited for the Issuance of ordinary shares to the affected local and to general public as well.

Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited is developing its project, “Mathillo Thulokhola A Jalbidhyut Ayojana” at Myagi District, which is a 22.5 MW project.
