Citizens Capital Declares 16% Dividend and Strengthens Nationwide Investment Services

On September 18, 2025 (Ashwin 2, 2082 BS), Citizens Capital Limited held its 19th Annual General Meeting at its registered office in Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu.

The AGM approved a 16% cash dividend from the fiscal year 2081/82 profits. Key items approved included the Board of Directors’ annual report, auditors’ report, financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow), and appointment of auditors for FY 2082/83 with their remuneration.

Citizens Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank, is authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal to manage mutual funds, issue and manage securities, provide portfolio management, advisory services, underwriting, share registrar services, and demat accounts. The company has investments from employee funds and renowned industrialists. Chairman Rajendra Lal Shrestha and CEO Sabir Bade Shrestha lead the organization.
