Citizens Capital Appointed Issue Manager for Pashupati Venture IPO

Citizens Bank International Limited’s subsidiary, Citizens Capital Limited, has signed an agreement with Pashupati Venture Limited in Kathmandu to act as the issue and sales manager for the company’s public share offering.

Under the agreement, Citizens Capital will manage the IPO process after approval from the Securities Board of Nepal.

Pashupati Venture Limited is an investment company with over 15 years of experience, primarily investing in hydropower projects, including Khani Khola and Maya Khola Hydropower companies, which are already generating electricity.
