Citizens Bank’s 12th AGM to be held on 30th Poush; books to remain closed on 17th Poush

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) will be convening its 12^th AGM on 30^th Poush 2075 at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur from 11 AM.

The agendas for the same include:

1. Endorsement of audited financial reports of FY 74/75.
2. To approve cash dividend worth Rs.13.13 Crore (approx. 1.60%).
3. Appointment of statutory auditor for FY 75/76.
4. To get approval for issue of FPO proposed by 267^th BOD meeting held on 20^th Jestha 2075.
5. Approval of 3.60% (approx.) bonus shares worth Rs.29.14 Crore and adjust the paid up capital accordingly.
6. To make necessary arrangements relating to merger and acquisition process.

For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed on 17^th Poush 2075. Shareholders holding shares of the bank till 16^th Poush will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
