Citizens Bank International has virtually convened its 6th SGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajan Singh Bhandari on Magh 15, 2077.
The SGM has endorsed the decision to acquire Butwal based Tinau Mission Development Bank in a share swap ratio of 1:0.96.
As per the most recent financial figures, the merged entity will have a deposit figure of Rs 126 arba, credit figure of Rs 104 arba, 163 branches, 11.66 arba in paid-up capital, as per the media statement.
The bank currently provides its services from its 109 branches, 98 ATM outlets and 107 branchless banking units under its network.
