Citizens Bank upgrades its online banking service; customers can make payment to more merchants now

Citizens Bank International has upgraded its internet banking service following which customers can now make inter banking fund transfer, make payment for electricity, ISPs, flight reservation service apart from the already existing services. The bank has therefore urged the customers to visit the nearest branch in order to collect their new log in ids and passwords so that they can enjoy the upgraded and easily navigable online banking service of the bank, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services from 82 branches, 79 ATM terminals and 102 branchless banking units and serves around 4 lakh customers.
