Citizens Bank to virtually convene its 14th AGM on Mangsir 20; urges all shareholders to participate proactively right from their devices

Citizens Bank International, through its 347^th board meet held on Kartik 27, 2077, has decided to convene its 14^th AGM on Mangsir 20, 2077. the AGM will endorse 11% dividend as the primary proposal, as per the media statement.

Keeping in view the growing risk of COVID infection, the bank will convene its AGM virtually and has urged all the shareholders to show up their active participation during the day of AGM, as stated in the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 111 branches, 99 ATM terminals, and 104 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
