Citizens Bank to provide EV loan for purchase of BYD EVs; to charge just 1% premium on base rate for EMIs up to 9 years
Citizens Bank has inked an agreement with Enlightened Motors of Butwal to provide BYD electric vehicles in an affordable loan facility.
Under this agreement, customers will be able to purchase BYD EVs with just a 1% premium for 9 years with 80% of the cost of the vehicle and the loan will be paid on EMI basis, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 190 branches, 151 ATM outlets, and 97 branchless banking units under its network.
