Citizens Bank Signs MOU with Medanta–The Medicity: 15% Discount for Cardholders

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) and Medanta–The Medicity in Gurugram, India, have renewed their memorandum of understanding, offering up to a 15% discount on hospital service charges to Citizens Bank cardholders.

The CEO of the bank, Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel, signed the MoU at Medanta Hospital.

This partnership has provided significant benefits to the bank's customers seeking medical treatment in India for the past four years.

The bank anticipates further advantages for its customers in the future through continued cooperation.

Citizens Bank International Limited operates 190 branches, and 153 ATMs, and serves 17 lakh 36 thousand customers through 98 branchless banking units across 55 districts, with plans to expand to 60 districts by adding seven more branches this financial year.
