Citizens Bank Secures Special Discounts for Customers Through New Partnerships

Citizens Bank International Limited has signed memoranda of understanding with Ramada Encore Kathmandu, Hotel Himalayan Horizon and Punk Bike Pvt. Ltd. to provide special discounts to its customers.

Under the agreements, Citizens Bank debit and privilege cardholders and mobile banking users will receive discounts at the partner businesses. Customers will get 15% off at Ramada Encore Kathmandu, 15% at Hotel Himalayan Horizon, and 10% on electric and regular bicycles at Punk Bike. The offers are aimed at encouraging customers to adopt digital payment methods while providing additional benefits to bank customers.

The bank said it has been expanding digital banking initiatives and promotional offers to encourage cashless transactions. Citizens Bank currently serves more than 2 million customers through its nationwide network of branches, ATMs, extended counters and branchless banking units.
