Citizens Bank reappoints Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel as its CEO for another tenure; bank records massive business growth in his last tenure
Citizens Bank, through its 411th board meeting held on Magh 18, 2079, has reappointed Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel as the CEO of the bank for his new tenure of four years.
CEO Mr. Pokharel has been associated with the bank since its very beginning days. Under his able leadership, the bank has registered an annual growth of 26.04% in deposit collection, shown a 23.62% growth in credit disbursement, and recorded annual growth in net profit by 12.91%, as per the media statement.
CEO Mr. Pokharel has a Master’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's in law from T.U. while a Master’s degree in Financial Management from K.U., as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 182 branches, 3 extension counters, 135 ATM booths and 97 branchless banking facilities under its network all over the nation.
