Citizens Bank Partners with Sarang Health Care to Offer Exclusive Discounts and Promote Digital Payments

Citizens Bank International Ltd. has signed an agreement with Sarang Health Care Pvt. Ltd., located in Lalitpur, to offer up to a 15% discount to its cardholders and mobile banking users. This collaboration aims to promote digital payments over cash transactions.

The bank has been actively introducing customer-friendly digital services and recently launched Nepal's first virtual credit card in partnership with Fonepay. Citizens Bank currently serves over 1.896 million customers through 200 branches, 168 ATMs, 3 extended counters, and 74 branchless banking units across 61 districts.
