Citizens Bank Partners with Rapid to Enhance Integrated API Banking Services for Corporate Clients

Citizens Bank International Limited has partnered with the API banking platform “Rapid” to simplify and unify digital banking services for its corporate customers. With this integration, clients can access multiple banking services, such as balance checking, statements, fund transfers, EMI payments, and salary processing, through a single platform linked with their own ERP or software system.

The collaboration aims to reduce operational hassles, save time and cost, and improve efficiency by enabling end-to-end digital banking with secure authentication and encryption. Customers need to register once and can then access services online through a consent-based system. The bank continues to expand its digital banking ecosystem with various innovative services and products, strengthening its position in Nepal’s digital financial landscape.
