Citizens Bank Launches Visa Contactless card; customers can now make payment of upto Rs 2000 without any physical contacts
Citizens Bank has launched Contactless (NFC – Near Field Communication) based payment.
Contactless is "Tap and Pay" – a very convenient way of payment, as the customer can use their card in the contactless-enabled POS terminal without inserting cards and make payment up to Rs 2000 for now.
The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 109 branches, 98 ATM terminals, and 107 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
