Citizens Bank launches omnichannel digital banking platform; to allow its clients to get digital banking services both via MoBanking and web-portal

Citizens Bank International has upgraded its digital banking platform by introducing an omni channel platform for the benefit of its customers.

As per the media statement, customers can now access the digital banking platform of the bank both via mobile app and computer web portal. These customers will now be able to make cash transfers without cheques, use an e-voucher before depositing cash and get the digital appointments from the new portal among earlier available services.

The bank currently has 183 branches, 121 ATM outlets, and 111 branchless banking units under its network.
