Citizens Bank launches E-KYC service; customers no longer need to visit the branch for KYC up-gradation
Citizens Bank International has started E-KYC service amid its 15th-anniversary event.
With this service, customers of the bank will no longer need to visit the branch of the bank to update their KYC and will be able to do so via the link provided in the mobile banking service of the bank, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 174 branches, 123 ATM outlets, and 90 branchless banking units under its network, as per the media statement.
