Citizens Bank International upgrades with available innovation; brings in Banking Software Finacle 10.2
To make banking transactions more secure and convenient Citizens Bank International has successfully replaced its existing core banking software with a new Core Banking software Finacle version 10.2.18 from Magh 20, 2075.
Chairman of the bank Dr. Sankar Prashad Sharma has marked the up gradation of the new banking software amid a program held in the bank’s head office in Narayanhiti Path.
The bank has aimed to provide more convenient and reliable banking services to its valued customers with the installation of the new software which is one of the most
sought after banking software in the entire South Asian region, as mentioned in the bank’s media statement.
The bank currently provides its services from its 81 branches, 75 ATM outlets, and 99 branchless banking units.
