Citizens Bank International Limited has provided warm clothes to students of Shri Saraswati Secondary School in Udayapur, located within Chandragadhi Municipality 08. The majority of students studying in the school come from marginalized communities such as Dalits, indigenous people, and economically disadvantaged families. Due to their weak financial conditions, it would be difficult for these students to purchase warm clothes during the cold weather. Therefore, sweaters were provided to these girls as part of the institutional social responsibility.

During an organized program in the school, Citizens Bank International Limited distributed sweaters to 191 students from Nursery to Class 10. Similarly, Citizens Bank, Kalikanagar Branch, and Butwal, also distributed clothing to 90 students of Shri Mayadevi Janajagriti Foundation School. Citizens Bank International Limited, through its institutional social responsibility, provided sweater assistance to students, particularly those from families with low income.

In the future, the bank plans to conduct various programs under its institutional social responsibility, focusing on positive changes in social, economic, cultural, educational, and other related areas. Citizens Bank International Limited, with its widespread network of 190 branches, 151 ATMs, and 97 branchless banking units across the country, is committed to providing modern banking services to over 17 lakh customers.
