Citizens Bank International Limited Launches 'Smart Hub' Service to Enhance Digital Banking
Citizens Bank International Limited has launched its 'Smart Hub' service at its corporate office, aiming to enhance digital banking services after 18 years of providing accessible banking.
CEO Ganesh Raj Pokharel announced the hub, which allows customers to deposit checks and cash, access cash machines, view account details, and print statements, all in one place. The bank plans to expand this service to other locations in the future.
Additionally, Citizens Bank will celebrate "Citizens Digital Month" throughout Ashwin, offering various promotions in collaboration with PhonePay, such as cashback for air ticket purchases and digital transactions during Bada Dashain.
The bank also recently introduced the "Citizens Virtual Credit Card," allowing users to enjoy credit card benefits through mobile scanning without needing a physical card. With 197 branches, 162 ATMs, and 1.8 million customers, Citizens Bank continues to prioritize digital banking innovation in Nepal.
