Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL), a prominent banking institution in Nepal serving households for seventeen years, has been supporting humanitarian initiatives, particularly for the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) community, for nearly a decade.

Recently, the bank provided financial aid of two lakh rupees to Baby Life Home, an organization dedicated to the care, health, education, and entertainment of infected children.

This contribution was made during the bank's seventeenth annual general meeting, where support for social organizations is customary. The funds will be utilized for education and healthcare, particularly benefiting children born in impoverished communities.

The bank, with 190 branches and 153 ATMs across the nation, serving over 17 lakh 31 thousand customers, plans to expand its reach to 60 districts by opening seven more branches in the current financial year.

This effort aligns with the bank's commitment to corporate social responsibility, aiming for positive impacts in various sectors including social, economic, cultural, and educational realms.
