Citizens Bank International Demonstrates Commitment to Social Responsibility with Old Age Home Support

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has extended support to Shri Sathya Sai Old Age Home in Basantapur-8, Balapur, Rupandehi, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The bank contributed various daily consumable food items and other essentials to the nursing home, which houses senior citizens with the backing of multiple donors. During a ceremony, Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokhrel, a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank, handed over the materials, expressing his satisfaction in contributing to human service and aiding dependent individuals in the old age home.

The bank, with 190 branches and 152 ATMs nationwide, is actively engaged in CSR programs to bring about positive changes in the social, economic, cultural, and educational sectors. As part of its expansion plan, Citizens Bank International Limited aims to establish five more branches in the current financial year, extending its services to 60 districts in the country.
