Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has proposed a 5.79% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 428th meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Bhadra 31 decided to distribute a 5.79% cash dividend worth Rs. 82.21 Crores from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 14.20 Arba.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank.
