Citizens Bank International concludes its 12th AGM; endorses 3.6% bonus shares and 1.6% cash dividends for its shareholders

Citizens Bank has successfully concluded its 12th AGM on Poush 29, 2075 in Kathmandu under the leadership of bank’s chairman Dr. Shankar Prashad Sharma.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 3.56 % bonus shares and 1.6% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the previous fiscal year alongside the regular financial reports of the previous fiscal year.
The bank currently provides its services from 81 branches, 75 ATM outlets and 99 branchless banking units.
