Citizens Bank International begins joint transaction after completing acquisition of Srijana Finance; to bring synergy to the bank especially in Province I and II with 27 branches in each province

Citizens Bank International has started joint transactions after successfully acquiring Srijana Finance from Ashad 26, 2078.

The joint transaction was started amid an event from Asad 2 by the chairman of the bank Mr. Rajan Singh Bhandari that was also attended by senior officials from both the institutions.

The revamped institution now has a deposit collection figure of Rs 1.41 kharba, loan disbursement of Rs 1.24 kharba, total branch count of 189 outlets, paid-up capital of Rs 12.57 arba,

Per the agreement, shareholders of Srijana Finance will receive 95 shares of the bank for every 100 shares of the finance company following the acquisition, as per the media statement.
