Citizens Bank (CZBIL) calls SGM; Primary Agenda Related to Acquiring Tinau Mission Development Bank

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) on Magh 15, i.e. January 28. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, starting from 11 am that day. This was decided by the company's 351st meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 22.

Among other proposals, the SGM will endorse the increment of the company's authorised capital from Rs. 10 Arba to Rs. 15 Arba.

The AGM will also endorse the report presented by the BOD on the acquisition of Tinau Mission Development Bank. Furthermore, the AGM will endorse the share swap ratio of 100:96 prepared by the Due Diligence Audit (DDA) Report and other parameters. This swap ratio equates 100 shares of Tinau Mission Development Bank with 96 shares of Citizens Bank.

The book closure is announced on Magh 02. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the SGM.
