Citizens Bank Customers to Get 20% Discount at Teeka Resort, Pokhara

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has signed an agreement with Teeka Resort, Lakeside Pokhara, to offer a 20% discount to its customers. The offer is available to Citizens Bank's cardholders, privilege cardholders, and mobile banking users, aiming to promote digital transactions over cash payments.

Citizens Bank, which recently won the prestigious "Bank of the Year 2024" award, has been actively expanding its digital services. It recently introduced Nepal’s first virtual credit card, Citizens FonePay Credit Card, and allows services like share applications and CRN numbers through its mobile banking app. It has also introduced cross-bank teller QR services, enabling customers of other banks to withdraw cash from Citizens Bank branches.

Currently, the bank serves over 1.9 million customers through 200 branches, 168 ATMs, 3 extension counters, and 74 branchless banking units across 61 districts in Nepal.
