Citizens Bank cancels its 5th SGM; bank takes cognizance of the ongoing Coronavirus threat

Citizens Bank has canceled its 5th SGM scheduled for Chaitra 10, 2076 taking into consideration the ongoing Coronavirus concerns.
The 330th board meet of the bank held on Chaitra 8, 2076 took the decision thereby postponing the SGM until the new notice.
The bank currently has 94 branches, 94 ATM booths and 103 branchless banking units under its network.
