Citizens Bank brings saving account with 6.25% interest; depositor also to get upto 1 lakh in health insurance and 7 lakh for accidental insurance

Citizens Bank International has launched Citizens Special Saving Account to be effective from Falgun 22, 2075. The bank is providing attractive interest and health insurance facility with the saving account.

The interested customers can get this new saving account opened with the bank with the minimum balance of Rs 100 after which the depositors will receive 6.25% interest for their saving. Customers can also claim upto Rs 1 lakh of insurance claim for the hospitalization charge under health insurance and upto Rs 7 lakh of death compensation under the accident insurance policy under the account policy.

The bank will also provide range of banking services like mobile and internet banking, ABBS, etc. free of charge under this scheme while it will provide 50% discount in other facilities.

Customers willing to know more about the scheme and open their account with the bank can visit one of the 81 branches of the bank including its 99 branchless banking units. The bank also has 75 ATM outlets under its network.
