Citizens Bank begins joint operation after successful acquisition of Sahayogi Bikas Bank; to bring banking business from Province II post merger
Citizens Bank has begun a joint transaction after successfully acquiring Janakpur based then Sahayogi Bikas Bank from Ashad 20, 2077. The joint transaction was started amid a program by chairman of the bank Mr. Rajan Singh Bhandari.
The bank has deposit figure of Rs 91.35 arba, credit disbursement of 79.58 arba, 109 branches, Rs 9.08 arba in paid up capital, after the acquisition, as per the media statement.
