Citizens Bank begins call centre service; makes an attempt for quick hearing of customer complains
Citizens Bank International has started call centre service “Citizens Support Centre” from Magh 23, 2078.
With the introduction of the new service, customers can now call 01-5970068 or email the bank at support@ctznbank.com for any banking-related queries and service requirements, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 174 branches, 123 ATM outlets and 90 branchless banking units under its network.
