Citizens Bank Allotted "10% Citizens Bank Debenture 2090" to The Applicants on 30th Ashwin

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has concluded allotment for the public issue of the "10% Citizens Bank Debenture 2090" on 30th Ashwin.
The issue had opened on 17th Ashwin and closed on 22nd Ashwin, 2080.
30 lakh units were issued at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Out of the total units issued 60% i.e. 18 lakh units of the total issue were to be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.2 Arba was open for public issue, 5% of which was allocated for mutual funds.
It will raise a total of Rs 3 Arba from the issuance.
As the name suggests, the "10% Citizens Bank Debenture 2090" it is debenture with a maturity period of 10 years and a coupon rate of 10%.
