Nepal Stock Exchange Limited has listed shares of Citizens Bank International Limited post acquisition of Sahayogi Bikas Bank Limited in the swap ratio of 91.75 per share.
In total 46,76,205.74 Units Shares of Citizen Bank International Limited - CZBIL (For Acquisition of Sahayogi Bikas Bank Limited) has been listed in NEPSE for trading purpose.
The joint transaction was started amid a program by chairman of CZBIL Mr. Rajan Singh Bhandari on Ashad 20, 2077.
