Citizen Life Insurance to Convene AGM on Magh 15; Agenda to Issue Public Shares at Premium Price

Citizen Life Insurance Company (CLICL) will be convening it's 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 15th Magh, 2079 at Aloft Hotel, Thamel, Kathmandu from 5 PM onwards.
The agendas of the meeting include:
1) Discussion and approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman.
2) Discussion and approval of financial statements of the FY 2077/78.
3) Appointment of the auditor for the year 2078/79.
4) To appoint directors.
5) Discussion to issue IPO shares at a premium price.
6) Appointment of independent directors.
