Citizen Life Insurance reports net profit of Rs 10.03 crore; Life insurance fund at Rs 1.04 arba

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLICL) has published its unaudited financial report for the second quarter of the current fiscal year.

The profit has been reported as Rs. 10.03 crore till the second quarter of FY 2076/77 which was Rs. 7.01 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY 2075/76.

The insurance company collected Rs. 79.36 crore as net earnings from premium in this quarter.

The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.75 arba with Rs. 42.01 crore in the reserve and surplus. It has Rs. 1.04 arba as life insurance fund of the company.

It has issued 12,798 life insurance policies till the second quarter of FY 2076/77.
