Shareholders approved a 20% cash dividend, totaling 1 Arba rupees, reflecting robust profits and liquidity.

The meeting reappointed S.A.R. Associates as auditors, strengthened corporate governance with independent directors, and ratified CSR initiatives supporting community health and education.
