Citizen Life Insurance Company Wishes to Issue IPO, AGM Agenda Reveals

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has called its 4th AGM on 11th Chaitra, 2078. The meeting will be held in Aloft, Thamel, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor and approval of their compensation.
4) Increment of board member benefits.
5) Issuance of IPO.
6) Misc.
Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited posted a net profit of Rs 110.28 million during the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2078/79. It had posted a net profit of Rs 62.27 million during the 1st quarter.
