Citizen Investment Trust's 82.84% right shares added in SEBON's pipeline; Paid-up capital to reach Rs 3 arba

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has submitted an application to SEBON to issue the right shares.

The Trust has proposed to issue the right shares in the ratio of 1:0.8284. The right shares will be worth a little over Rs. 1.35 Arba.

RBB Merchant Banking Limited is proposed as the issue manager for the issue.

Citizen Investment Trust has also distributed a 22% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2075/76. After the issue of the right shares, Citizen Investment Trust will have the paid-up capital of Rs. 3 Arb
