Citizen Investment Trust reports meagre increase of 5% in net profit; EPS stands at Rs. 35 in Q2

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has published its financial report for the second quarter of FY 2075/76.

As per the financial highlights published today, its net profit has increased by 5% in the second quarter of FY 2075/76 to Rs 19.02 crore till Poush from Rs 18.19 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY 2074/75.

It has paid up capital of Rs 1.10 arba. CIT has made a total investment of Rs 1.07 kharba in the various sector which is the increment of 21.42% as compared to the corresponding quarter of FY 2074/75.

Its return on investment (ROI) and cost of fund stand at 10.13% and 6.59% respectively. It’s earning per share (EPS) stands at Rs 35 with a net worth per share decreasing to Rs. 179 from Rs. 227 from the same period of last quarter.
