Nagarik Stock Dealer seeking stockbrokers for its transactions for FY 2077/78

Nagarik Stock Dealer Company Limited is looking forward to preparing the list of broker companies eligible to carry out its transactions for the fiscal year 2077/78.

Stockbroker companies with at least five years of experience are invited to apply with their respective company profiles. The documents to be submitted are as follows:

a) Certification of company registration
b) Certification of PAN
c) Transaction details of the last fiscal year
d) Audit report of the last three fiscal years.
e) Copy of Certification of Tax Clearance

The application should be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice is published for the first time today, i.e. Mangsir 09.
