Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has proposed a 26.3158% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Baisakh 29 has decided to distribute a 26.3158% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. 25% bonus shares and 1.3158% cash dividend (for tax purposes) are proposed. The existing paid-up capital of CIT is Rs 4,251,000,576.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Ministry of Finance, Nepal Government, and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, CIT has its last trading day's closing at Rs. 2,011.
