Citation 2025 Toastmasters Conference Empowers Leaders and Communicators Across Nepal

Citation 2025, Nepal’s annual Toastmasters conference, was successfully held on November 15 at Best Western Plus Kathmandu, gathering around 300 members from diverse professional and educational backgrounds. The event featured a keynote by global trainer and TEDx speaker Mihir Koltharkar, who shared practical leadership insights. Mr. Tikaram Yatri received the Communicator Award for excellence in ethical and impactful communication through journalism.

The conference also included engaging sessions by Distinguished Toastmasters, speech showcases, and interactive learning experiences. Key leaders from Toastmasters District 41 attended, while Toastmaster Dipesh Chalise chaired the event. Established in Nepal in 1992, Toastmasters now has over 1,400 members in 68 clubs, promoting public speaking and leadership development across the country.
