CIT to convene AGM on Ashad 20, 2077; AGM to endorse agendas of 22% bonus and 1:0.8284% right shares

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) will be convening its 25th AGM on Ashad 20, 2077. The meeting will be convened in the premises of CIT New Building, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
- Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2075/76
- To provide approval to the proposed 22% bonus shares and 1.16% cash dividend for the FY 2075/76.
- To approve agenda to issue 1:0.8284% or 82.84% right share on paid-up capital after bonus shares.
For the purpose of the AGM, the company’s shareholders register book will remain closed on Ashad 10, 2077 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Ashad 9, 2077 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and to receive the 22% dividend.
The total paid up capital of the company after this bonus share will be Rs 164.06 crore. And after the proposed right share, it will be Rs 300 crore.
