CIT proposes 22% bonus shares worth Rs 29.58 crore; See its dividend history

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has proposed 23.16% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The Board Meeting held on Falgun 08, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Bonus shares: 22% worth Rs 29.58 crore
Cash dividend: 1.16% worth Rs 1.55 crore for tax purpose
The proposal is subject to approval from the AGM of the company.
