Chirkhwa Hydro Power Set to Conclude Lock-in Period for 40,000 Units Mutual Fund Shares On 15th Baishakh

Chirkhwa Hydro Power Limited (CKHL) has notified its investors and stakeholders regarding the impending conclusion of the lock-in period for 40,000 unit shares held by Mutual Funds. Following the latest directives from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), this lock-in period is set to expire on the 15th of Baishakh, 2081.

CKHL, boasting a total of 4,000,000 units of shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), allocated 5 percent of 8,00,000 shares exclusively for Mutual Funds. Consequently, 40,000 unit shares were issued and are presently under the lock-in period.

As per SEBON's directives, these 40,000 units were subjected to a lock-in period, which is slated to conclude on Baishakh 15, as communicated to investors and stakeholders.

CKHL closed at Rs. 607.00 yesterday.
