Chilime SGM on Jestha 30 to elect two BoD members from Group Kha shareholders

Chilime Jalavidyut Company Limited is going to organize Special General Meeting on Jestha 30 (or June 13, 2015).
As per a notice published today, the SGM will be held at the company’s head office in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu at 10 am. The SGM, earlier scheduled for Baishakh 16, had to be postponed because of the earthquake that struck on Baishakh 12.
The agendas for the Special AGM include the election of two board members representing Group Kha shareholders and presentation by the chairman of BoD.
