Chilime SGM on Baishakh 23; election of BoD member from Kha category shareholders among agendas

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited has called its special general meeting (SGM) for Baishakh 23, 2072, at Nepal Police Club, Pradarshani Marga, Kathmandu. The SGM will begin from 9 am.

As per the notice published today, the special agendas of the meeting are presentation of report by the chairman of BoD and the election of BoD members representing “Kha” category shareholders, or the employees of Nepal Electricity Authority.

In order to be eligible to vote in the election, shareholders with share certificate number above 5,593 must reach the venue with their group “Kha” share certificate.

Meanwhile, the company has halted registration work from Baishakh 1 till Baishakh 23 in view of the upcoming AGM.
