Chilime Hydropower to convene 23rd AGM today at Rastriya Sabha Griha; to endorse 25% dividend

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) is convening its 23rd Annual General Meeting today at 11 AM (Mangsir 11, 2076) at Rastriya Sabha Griha.
The hydropower company proposes 25% dividend including 20% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76 and there is also agendas to select new BOD's members.
The book closure date for this purpose of AGM has been done on Kartik 27, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Kartik 26, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim the dividend.
