Chilime Hydropower proposes 25% dividend for the FY 2074/75; Paid-up capital to reach Rs 4.75 arba

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has proposed 25% dividend for the FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the hydropower company has announced 5% cash dividend and 20% bonus shares for its shareholders.
The decision of the company is subject to approval from its upcoming AGM.
After the adjustment of 20% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 4.75 arba.
The hydropower company had distributed 15% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend for the FY 2073/74.
