Chilime Hydropower distributing 5% cash dividend directly to bank accounts; Shareholders urged to update necessary information

Chilime Hydropower Company (CHCL) had approved 5% cash dividend and 20% bonus shares for its shareholders from the 23rd AGM held on Mangsir 11, 2076.

The bank has published a notice today informing that the 5% cash dividend is being deposited directly to the bank account of the shareholders from Mangsir 30, 2076.

Therefore shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares or updated their demat accounts are urged to do so in order to claim dividend.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is the share registrar of the Bank.
