Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited to convene its 4th and 5th AGM on 29th Kartik, 2075 at Naxal Banquet,Naxal, Kathmandu at 11 A.M.
The agendas of AGM are
- To endorse the financial reports of FY 74/75 and FY 73/74.
- To appoint the statutory auditor for the year 75/76.
- Appointment of 4 directors from promoter's group and 2 directors from general shareholders.
The book will remain closed on 15th Kartik 2075, so the shareholders holding company's share till 14th of Kartik are eligible to participate in AGM.
